V Stuff - is it ever going to be functional!?!?!?!?!?

Ive been contacting Virgin Media for 3 days now trying to get my V Stuff setup completed successfully to no avail. Apparently there is a national outage which was meant to be resolved already but they have now slipped past their resolution window and no one can tell me what the actual issue is behind the outage nor when it will be fixed - if ever!!!! great!!! I have a 50Mbps bundle with none of the V stuff services now!!! what a joke!!!:mad:

No I did not, what use would that be to me if I did have a reference number to hand? Should I phone back and get it?

If you post the remedy number maybe one of the VM guys will give you an update?
