I had a problem a while ago where soemthing on the modem was increased/decreased because my modem kept losing connection.
Engineer was called out and did this "increase" and modem stopped dropping conection.
Since then I regularly lose connection that requires my router be turned off/on. I can renew my IP address but that doesnt help, it needs a power reset.
I dont believe I need a new router but how would I explain that to BB support?
