How are my Signal Levels

Sometimes when playing games, mostly TF2, the performance can be quite spiky, I'll be playing along fine one moment then it will freeze for a moment and catch up. Is it because of my levels?

Downstream Receive Power Level : -10.4 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 35.0 dB
Upstream transmit Power Level : 53.0 dBmV

That should be nearer to zero and you may need a engineer to sort it out.
