Hi all, just wondering if I downgrade from BB XL to BB L after 16 months, do I start a new 12 month contract for BB L?

This the the only virgin service received. You kind help would be appreciated.

No, you will not be tied into another 12 month contract.

You will only start a new contract if you start a new deal, so becareful as you might have to change your deal if as you may have to keep 20mb to keep your deal.
