problem BN15 area?

Our internet has been down nearly all day. Our modem resady light just keeps flashing, sync is solid. I have tried multiple resets etc.
I called technical and got thru to india call centre who said there is a network fault in my area, a problem with a server in bromley???
They said this would be sorted by 10.30am
Was I fobbed off or is this true?

Can snyone confirm for me please?

i.m still getting the same problem - VM website says there are no problems in the south east.

We had a problem for 10 days here in the bn1 - bn14 but all was resumed on tuesday.

Have you tried to ring the 0800 number to see if there is a problem in your area the number is 0800 5610061

thanks for that - there was indeed a recorded message saying there is problems in my postcode area and that engineers are trying to ressolve it.

fingers crossed it gets sorted soon - ive been without service for neearly 48hrs now :(
