sky hd+ cooling off

Hi

Lately subscribed to sky, (box fitted at beginning of month) have had satellite and box installed but no indication of phone and broadband. I have spent literally 2 hours on the phone trying to get a date for installation, and I am still no further.

Is there anyone that knows if there will be any penalties for cancelling even though the reason is shabby customer service?

You are given a cooling off period of 14 days should you change your mind, just call Sky to discuss. This 14 day period is irrespective of whether you have started watching Sky TV or not, but note that they will come and take down your satellite dish if already installed.
Call em up and ask for cancellations.
