SA1 Area Really slow speed

I am supporst to be on either 2mb but i have been upgraded to 10mb and I am really up set with this speed

Do a search, there have been a few posts about poor BB reliability and speeds in the sa1 area for many months!

I'm not seeing any slow down here in my bit of SA1 either . i`m on 50 meg btw
