Hi all, looking to downgrade my sisters account, she is more clueless than me :)

Shes currently on 20MB cable BB only @ £42 per month (£37 & £5 payment charge) & wants to downgrade as its pants.

I would like to downgrade to the "2MB upgraded to 10mb" broadband - is that possible?

You probably can't because 10mb is the minimum package and that 2mb to 10mb you said don't exist anymore

You would be better to downgrade to 10Mb L package than to the 2Mb M package even if they allow it considering the price difference it is not worth it.
