50mb upgrade for existing?

I'm on 20mb and phone and we're paying at least £43 a month - yet I see that new customers can get 50mb and phone for the same amount. Is this offer available to existing customers?

yea they should give it you i see no problems, i think there 30 install and £20 actitivation change doesnt matter if ur new or existing cutomer, if they dont give it you at least you can say to them, i am goona leave then come as come as new customer that should do it lol

Yes you can get it as an existing customer, I just have.

Thanks lads - got it setup for an install on Wednesday just £4 more than I'm paying now for my existing setup. No Install fee just the activation. I take it when they come to install it they just setup the modem as I don't need the router installed as I use an Apple Time Capsule!

The man from Virgin set up everything for me, new router included but you don't have to use it if your existing router is fine.
