Hey guys,

Can anyone please tell me exactly when the 20mb connection had its price lowered from the £37 or so that it was to the £20 that's being advertised on the VM website please? Turns out I've been billed £37 a month for my 20mb connection since the change and I'm just wondering if perhaps I could track how long they've been charging me almost double :P

I plan on upgrading to 50mb, thinking I may use it as an excuse to wangle a free installation out of VM or something ;)

Cheers,

Chris

£20 per month plus £11 for phone line
or £35 broadband only.

If you have a package, then there will be a discount on your bill.

I've got the TV, Phoneline and 20Mb broadband, and it's saying on my bill that the 20Mb connection is £37 just for that...

The price will be reduced with discounts. VM list full price for everything and then apply the discounts.
