Connected but no data being received...

Hi, i went away for less than a week and came back with no internet.

I turned everything off when i went.

For a day and a half all that is showing is enet, sync and the ready flashing non stop, i checked it downstairs and upstairs and i dont think its the cable. I called a while back but usual response and have to phone back tommorow. Currentely on mobile phone internet.

I live in nottinghamshire.

What was the usual response?
Had it been me I'd have a sent a hit and if that didn't work took you into the config pages to determine the problem, while doing so I'd have been checking for any problems in your area that would have caused the issue likewise any account issues.
For me, this is a usual response.

I checked online the status on their website and nothing was seen usual remove power and wait response.
