Go to ntlworld.com and follow a link to a fault report form - excellent, now I could cope with that.

Post a note on a forum (albeit an unofficial on since the 'official' one was stillborn) - well, I can cope with that too.

Seek out a phone number and call it and sit in a queue for goodness knows how long for the benefit of trying to talk clearly enough to give all the correct details to someone who can fill out a form on their computer - well, I can't be ******, I'm afraid. After all, it's not my problem.
