For about two months I've had very, very, slow speed and often no connection at all. About two weeks ago, after several calls to Virgin they sent an engineer who changed the modem..but still the same problem. I live in Swansea, SA3..Anyone with the same problem in this area?
I have 2MB only, which they say will be upgraded to 10MB.. The dowload speed is okay, but surfing the internet is almost impossible..Anyone has any idea what the problem could be? I'm running out of patience and, despite being with Virgin for many years, I guess the only solution now is to go back to BT.
