Bb m
All 2Mb customers are getting a free upgrade to 10Mb but the package is increasing regardless by £2 if you think you have been charged more you need to call Customer Services for an explanation of your charges on 150 from a Virgin phone or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.

Similar with me + £2 +£1.5 paper billing the service is all over the place ping pong and definitely slower not faster until when October with so many on 2meg should pay for the upgrade simples.

The £2 is not for the upgrade it is just a price increase.

I meant for the upgrade work involved I might be wrong and if so I apologise in advance but I would like to know if the price increase was for something else if so what. £1.25 for paper billing at the same time adds £3.25 to my bill for absolutely no return.

The £2 increase is just an increase in the cost of your service and the £1.25 is to try and get you to take up ebilling instead.

All 2Mb customers are getting an upgrade to 10Mb at no extra cost and not at the same time as some will be at the end of October because they did not register for it.

Talk international gives you cheaper calls to selected countries.

Talk mobile gives you cheaper calls to talk mobile.

I like the fact that you are being charged for something you are not aware of. Lets hope you didn't agree to have these added to your service.

Mines the same.
Talk International £1.50
Talk Mobile £1.50
Is this the original Talk Talk price match.
This seems pointless and instead of waiting months I could be better off signing up for 10meg or even the mobile 10meg line rental TV package. But the thought of taking a 12months contract for a more expensive service on my UBR could be great in theory but regrettable in practice.

You need to register for 10mb upgrade:

After registering I got mine within a week. Also depends if it has been rolled out in yr area, see:

its funny how this £2 increase was applied only to the medium broadband taking it up to £20, funnily enough the price of L broadband, or at least the amount that people pay, but without the benefits of the L broadband ie PC guard total
