50mb router problems

I have had 50mb installed for 2 weeks now and the router keeps dropping my connection. I have to power it down and restart to get the connection back for my computers.

Is there a dedicated Netgear helpline I can ring for 50mb?

Any ideas??

i would talk 2 vm rather than netgear as vm supplied the router.... I had the same problem with sky a year or so ago. After running thru their tests they just posted me a new router.

All that will happen is that the agent will transfer you to Netgear as they have the contract to support all 50Mb customers with the WRN2000 router.
