today i phoned VM customer service about my slow broadband ,i think it was the indian call center but can't be sure ,anyway my speed had dropped to 5mb (i'm on 20)so i gave them a call and got a very helpful adviser who checked a number of things and most importantly asked me sensible questions about programs installed i.e security software Also he didn't make me go through all the restart procedure, which i had already done ,instead he asked if i had done it .It turned out that Zone alarm firewall which i was trying out was slowing the connection
So i would like to congratulate VM on having at least 1 employee who has the patience and understanding to deal customers without asking stupid questions
