View Full Version : Very slow upload speed on 50mb

I have just upgraded to 50mb from 20 mb and my problem is very slow upload speeds I am talking 1.9Kb on a 50 MB connection.

The BB support in India is of no help ,can anyone tell me the procedure I need to go through to check what the problem might be.

I can download at 4-6 MB which is great , the upload should be over 1mb so I am told;) so something must be amiss? when I was on 20 mb I could upload at 0.5mb most of the time.

Any help or suggestions please

50Mb support line number.

0800 052 0431

Do not call if not 50Mb as you will be asked to hang up as the is no facility to transfer you to Broadband Support.

thanks for the number , all of there systems are down and they can't run any checks lol , it seems I am to be thwarted again.

LOL thy never are mate just like me I was in training a while ago and they had a power cut dam training went ahead. op can you post your upstream levels please I want to check something use this address - 192.168.100.1
