im a newbie and i have a problem with my internet connection... i think. my internet works a lot slower than a month ago and now i have a problem with connection while playing wow. i read few forums and i did a tracert can any1 tell me what does it means and what should i do??

Post what modem you have and your power levels from your config pages of your modem. The should be a sticker on the bottom saying what model.

If using an Ambit modem please click here

What I want you to post is the Downstream power levels including the SNR and the Upstream power levels for me thanks.

They are fine how about the SNR.

Have you called Tech Support about your problem.

i think there is a problem at the moment for vm to wow servers......
edit... if u have a vm phone its 151 i think. if not its 0845 454 1111
