Was on the phone to VM today as they sent me a larger bill than we expected? It seems that the Free Connection that was advertised when we went back to VM a few weeks ago, was not free at all?
The £30 that we thought was the Two Months up front, (£15 for the first 3 months) was actually the connection Fee?
Then because they never sent out the direct debit form in time, they were charging me £10 for late payment, however this was refunded after our phone call;)
