Hi all
i have a slight concern, i signed up with Virgin when they were just ntl and so have an old model modem (ntl200 i think it is) problem i have is i'm on the 20mg connection but i've read somewhere that this modem can only infact handle up to 10?
i know that the most I've ever download at is 1mg a second (i'll be honest i'm not too good with speed tests and understanding how a download speed relates to a connection speed)
all i'm querying really is if it's true and if so, should i ring and ask if i could have a more up to date version? no point in paying what i am if i'm not getting the full whack.
