loss of BB lambeth

Last evening about 9.45 i was using my bb connection and then the connection was lost

checked modem and the ready light was flashing ( still flashing this morning)

rebooted modem etc and no solution

called bb faults and they want to send an engineer.

Isnt this a problem in the local area or with my cabling

how can I check this is an area issue or just me?

My connection in manchester also went down yesterday, not sure if the weather has anything to do with it,

Mine went down from about 7pm, must have come back some time during the early morning. NW London area.
