International Calls

Hey,

I make a frequent number of international calls to the US and India, and I'm fed up of using crappy calling cards. I'm wandering how much does it cost to call International from a virgin line and if they have any packages I can buy for international calls?

As an alternative, you can try niftylist (http://niftylist.co.uk/calls/)

Simply select the country, and dial the access number. Charges will simply be added to your phone bill, and it's likely to be cheaper than VM.

Don't be so sure - the 0844 rates on Virgin are higher than on BT

For instance the cheapest rate on that website to call the USA (http://niftylist.co.uk/calls/to/usa/landline/) says it 0.5ppm - but dialling that access number on a Virgin line is actually charged at 2.98ppm which is the same as direct dialling the USA
