I am trying to connect my work laptop through my BB connection (n 10Mbps Virgin Media connection) using a VPN setup.
I am experiencing problems being able to connect to the office network even though my secure ID and password are accepted and so I presume the VPN tunnel has been created.
Strangely this worked previously when I was on the 2Mbps connection. I have spoken to VM support who said it's not an issue with the BB and they allow all VPN traffic. Also my work IT support are say that there is no issue in the configuration and it must be the BB. Having been bounced between both I am stuck and hope that someone can shed some light on this for me so I can either side to do something about this.
