Had NTL then VirginMedia, both utterly worthless at customer service....
Subscribe to 10Mbps service in North Cardiff. Fine during day, in evenings drops to .3 to 3MB/s. Also had time-out problems for months.
Phoned Virgins laughably called 'customer service', spent two hours on phone, just go round and round and round with these idiots in India who run their tests, say nothing wrong, it's your security software (even though ITS DISABLED) and refuse to send an engineer out.
Personally I consider it fraud and breach of contract they are charging for a service not provided, before we even get to the appalling, incompetent, lying technicians in India who blame you and your computer for every single problem you experience due to Virgins rubbish infrastructure and service.
Off to Sky tomorrow I think...
