Hello
Ive recently got VM Cable and im having issues where at times i get connected via wireless and all looks fine but i cant browse anything. I have a valid IP issued by DHCP and i can connect to the netgear router via the default Gatway address but if i try and browse i get page cannot be displayed. I have to reboot the router and modem before things kick back to life?
Here are some settings that ive read about, it seems some levels are too high, can someone confirm please?
Cable Modem : DOCSIS 1.0/1.1/2.0 Compliant
Boot Code Version : 1.1.2c
Software Version : 2.111.1000
Hardware Version : 1.9
Downstream Frequency : 331000000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : QAM64
Downstream Symbol Rate : 5056.941 Ksym/sec
Downstream Interleave Depth : taps32Increment4
Downstream Receive Power Level : 11.6 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 41.5 dB
Upstream Frequency : 29200000 Hz
Upstream Modulation : QAM16
Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream transmit Power Level : 61.0 dBmV

Many thanks
Rob
