Okay so I got a letter the other day telling me 50mb is now in my area. I can aparently have it for an extra £15 a month. Since the last couple months have been a bit poor in speed wise there's no way am willing to pay an extra £15 for a service am not 100% sure can be delivered.

Anyway to the question that has me confussed. The letter says an extra £15 a month but when I look on the website it says £50 a month which makes sense but then I see it also says if you have a phone line with them and package M calls then its only £35 per month. So as you can see thats got me confussed as I have these so why would it cost me an extra £15 ?

Is the £35 a month only avalible to new customers ? or am I missing something somewere. I hope that my questions make sense as I'm not very good at explaining my point sometimes. Thanks for any help in advance.

Assuming you are paying full price for what you currently have then the difference would be £15.

Say you have just 20meg broadband. Your total cost would be £20 by effectively upgrading to 50meg you can get the broadband for £35 (on condition that you also take line rental at £11). This gives a difference of £15 between 20meg and 50meg.

To look at it another way you are paying £46 for 50meg broadband but as a goodwill gesture they give you phone line rental for nothing.

The £15 is because BB XL is £37 on the bill before any discounts, and BB XXL is £52 on the bill before any discounts

The 'build your own bundle' thing is usually the best thing to use
