I replaced my modem ,and thought my problems were solved but unfortunately between 7 pm and 1 am, sometimes earlier my speed is between 1and 3 meg with high packet loss , ping.Im on the 10 meg service and live in Oxford .I rang VM and got a through to an english call centre, he told me that my UBR wasnt over subscribed ,he metioned that it was 250?He then told me that the power being used was very high and this was the problem, my phone then ran out of credit! Any advice?
