Hi,

I've been with 20mb since it came out and have had no problems except for the past few weeks when my connection has been really iffy.

At times, my download speed has been less than 500Kb and most of the time it sits around 4-5Mb. Previously I would regularly read 18/19Mb.

Is this a known issue in this area at the moment, i'm wondering if the 50mb upgrade around here is causing some peaks and troughs whilst the upgrade is performed, but i'm just presuming this? I'm very frustrated as I work from home and this is my life line - i don't want to leave but if this continues i'd have to look at going another route.

Telephone support has been very poor, someone said my modem doesn't support 20mb which is why it doesn't work, so sent me another (which when I tried to activate it over the phone couldn't be done as they had no info about my mac address - and they have never got back to me as promised, so i'm with my previously working fine one!)

Another support person said my line was broken and told me an engineer would need to come and fit a new one, it's been fine for 2.5 years - and at times is still fine, so I think the problem lies elsewhere...

Here's my modem info taken today, power seems very low today, usually around 4-8dBmV - rarely get minuses and my SNR is usually mid 30s:-
