I would like to know the right Virgin Media contact to inform them that they have my address incorrect.
I have informed them on various occasions but each time my address is wrong, and wrong again on the upgrade letter received today
Lastly the letter info wasn't that secure as all that was needed was to slightly pull apart the customised enevelope and the user ID would have been seen by anyone.
