20Mb XL and poor download speeds + lag (Downstream Pwr Lvl: 9.1 dBmV)

Have been on 20Mb since it became available but recently noticed that my download speed and general gaming performance have both been suffering; poor download speeds on average and exessive amounts of lag during gaming. I read somewhere on here that you should be worried when your "Downstream Power Level" hits around the 8.0 mark .. mine is currently at "9.1 dBmV" ..

How should I approach reporting the issue and is there anything I should be asking for .. ?

You need to call them with a slow speed issue and they will check the levels and should be sending a tech out if they see fit, most people prefer the newsgroups which I have used before and they are very good if you call try doing it early morning after 8.00am.
