My mum got a credit in her bank and it says

WCS LTD WCL NO4
NO4 maybe N04

She was wondering what company this is.
Does anyone know ?

Yer she pays wescot credit services through her bank for me, and it the same ammount that goes out via her bank

Possibly an accidental overpayment being refunded? Can she see if any previous regular payments to Westcott were higher than they should have been?

It is setup on standing order from her bank. When it normally paid it display as Wescot on here online statement. I will ask her to look tomorrow at her bank.

I was wondering if Wescot accidental refunded it.
