It appears I'm having the same problems as many other areas here.
Off peak I get 18-19mb download speed, early in the evening its capped to 10mb, then around 1900-2000hrs, it drops to around 2mb and then eventually stops. Just when I want to do online gaming. I only get a connection back after midnight. No internet for the last 3 nights and very slow on previous nights.
Several phone calls to Tech support, I have had an engineer visit with a new modem, I have a strong signal he said and it was downloading 19mb during the morning when he visited. Tech support have credited my account. And its been escalated to Network? now. I have to wait 7 working days to expect to see any difference he said.
Anyone else in Ipswich having the same problems?
