I should be getting 20mb but i am not, being fobbed off all the time with virgin media they keep blaming my equipment , an engineer that as checked everything states the problem is with network but every time they leave that's the last of the problem and your back to where you started from ,my Internet is static and not a stable .it can drop to as little as 1.5MB 3.5MB 4MB up to 10MB .as the night goes on it can get very low and in some cases you don't get any servise .any one know what the hell are these people are up to . why wont these face it and anyone else getting these problems .
