I've placed an order which requires an engineer, what is the best number to call to see if there's a cancelled installation appointment that might allow me to get the install done quicker?

Yes that's something they can happily do but I'd rather not have them chasing up on a new order for me, it's not really technical support :)

I am pulling strings to get it done quickly, performance in my area on the D1.0 network is driving me up the wall.
