1. Why do I get an Error code 2002: sec_error_untrusted_issuer? Does anyone know.

2. My Broadband in the last 3 weeks continues to disconnect between 1minute and 3minutes. PLEASE HELP.

1) I would guess Lippyloo Googled for help with Virgin Media problems and followed the link to this website. Good thing too. Not everybody is a technical god such as your good self. There are fewer things more obnoxious on a help forum than a genuine question from a confused poster getting treated to one of the many oh-so-hilarious 'go google it, is it really that hard' websites that are out there.

2) With Lippy's level of technical understanding thus established, perhaps you could frame your question in a way that's designed to aid the poster's understanding rather than make him/her feel stupid? Or else, not bother posting at all and leave the thread for someone with an interest in being helpful on this occasion?

Is this an error on Firefox and what operating system are you on.
