Anyone in Cambridge having problems with their 20mb? Ours died on Tuesday, came back at midnight for about an hour, died again, came back at 8am for about an hour, and has been dead ever since. Modem just sits there continually trying to get connected, takes ages to establish upstream, when it manages it at all, then boom - fails.
Standard thing - call <deleted> Indian support office and they claim to be sending signals but appear to actually just run you through the 'reboot your modem' scripts. Called them Tuesday and they couldn't get an engineer until Friday - due to high numbers of bookings..
Initially I thought we were going to be ok since CB3 and CB23 were tagged as having issues on their status page, but those are ok and we (CB4) are still dead in the water.
