Saw this in the virgin groups.
A bit of feedback which may interest those suffering from STM
There was a lively debate at court in the above case today. VM's position
was that their Scottish customers should face English law. The court decided
that it should be Scottish jurisdiction and law.
The court was also agreed that bandwidth throttling (traffic management
policies) under consumer contracts was a matter of precedent and therefore
an important issue of law affecting everyone. Also a matter of precedent as
regards Internet law was the issue of reimbursement for bandwidth services
not delivered. The case was put to a higher court. It will be heard on 24th
June.
