V Stuff Faulty Login?

I logged into V Stuff earlier today and seemed to be OK. I set a backup for 8pm today but nothing happened. When I tried to login it kept saying wrong username/password. I was pretty sure I knew what it was but when through the reset screens. However, still with reset password it still won't let me log into the backup software on PC or V Stuff web site.

Is anybody else having the same problem??

Nope - able to login correctly.

Nope - logged in fine.

Hmmm... yes using main email as before. I was logged in in a couple of hours ago and it lets me reset the password but then rejects it when I retry.

I have never been able to log in to anything via the VM website. It always tells me i am using the wrong user name or password. I can access my email using Thunderbird, and i can upload to my webspace using FileZilla FTP, but i can't do anything from the VM website.
