I have been unable to connect to the Internet since Friday. There was a problem in my area on Friday which has now been resolved but my modem refuses to connect.
The power, upload, download and ethernet connection lights are all solid but the tick light just flashes.
I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything multiple times and have tried leaving the modem unplugged for a while.
I wondered if anyone could help me please.
I don't know what to post from the modem config so I've taken a few screenshots and hope that something can be seen in one of them!
