Has Vermin Media started blocking torrent sites? It would seem that many VM customers cannot access The Pirate Bay already. Has the rot started then?

How about a trace and ping to said website. You may find help more forthcoming from those who work for VM if you don't refer to them or the company as vermin. ;)

My humble apologies, I wasn't referring to VM PEOPLE as vermin in any way. I myself have never had a bad experience with VM but I know many people who have, and this, combined with PMT, a bugger of a Monday and a bottle of wine may have made my judgement somewhat.....iffy. Again, my apologies guys.

BTW, how does one perform a trace and ping?

I think youre right, not working here now.

Wouldnt put it past someone to be carrying out a DOS Attack or similar.

Piratebay works fine here.
Though, rlslog.net,nforce.nl,scnsrc.net dont want to load up, tryed them using a proxy and it worked fine, so me thinks virgin is playing around :)

Of course it has absolutely nothing to do with the current routing issue affecting browsing to sites not in the UK.

Try setting the proxy
address: webcache.virginmedia.com
port: 8080
in your internet options and see if you can then browse to it.
