The netreport form refuses to accept it, as the "source ip is not a valid virgin media address."

Heres the email:

As you can see, it purports to be an official VM survey, yet it doesn't even come from a VM controlled domain. Riiight.. Official.. I was born yesterday too.

So, could anyone give me the appropriate address to forward it to, as I say, the netreport webpage refuses ot accept it.

Satmetrix do our customer satisfaction surveys, so it is a valid email, not a phishing one.

even if it is doggy i wouldn't bother virgin would only just do what they normaly do and stick there head in the sand and go lar lar lar

like they normally do just send it to junk mail

Given that I had 5 of these surveys fed back to me yesterday by manager, I have to disagree.
