I had a letter from virgin media to let us know of the new prices to be changing in May 1st. I was shocking to see our ebilling £1 discount will be removing and put up charge £1.50 with paper bill.

Does this will affect my current offer deal up to 12 months which I signed up L package (10Mbps) for £10 a month with £1.00 discount on ebilling or will I end up paying £11 a month from May 1st ?

I am relief that L, XL, XXL is price frozen except 2Mbps go up £2.00 more.

You will not lose the e-billing discount if you signed up to it before the 3rd of March

If anyone hasn't signed up to ebilling yet, you can no longer recieve the discount but will not not be charged the £1.25 paper bill fee

So in essence if you signed up to E-Billing prior to 03rd March, then you're going to get two discounts (E-Billing of £1, plus avoid the extra paper bill cost of £1.50) - or have I misunderstood?

That's right.
