Virgin Media don't do launch dates, just "coming soon" ;)

Bloody good job too. Imagine the whingeing you'd get if they set a 15th May deadline, then due to technical issues the work isn't finished by then and they rush an early upgrade on the 17th.

Ah so you were at the 50M scheduling meetings then.

You’ll be able to back up and store your most precious files for free with our brand new service called ‘V Stuff’.
You’ll never need to worry about losing your favourite photos or your entire music collection again. Once it’s online, you can securely access it from any computer, anywhere

Hmm, I wonder what the actual limits are on this.
Whether I can actually back up my ENTIRE 300GB'ish music collection AND access it from a non VM connection :D

Let's not forget we are talking about the same company which currently has a number of users locked out of their current web space and doesn't know how to fix it, could we be heading for secure but inaccessible backup space?

It's probably just some branded service run by another company, like they tried to do with Photobox when it first launched as a BB Extra.
