Not the first person this week to see this happen. I don't think there is any explanation yet.

Several people have spoken about this here, including me.

I'm not sure if VM have 'turned off' this feature or it is a fault.

What modem are you on? I have a NTL:250.

It will be interesting if I get a call and ask them to go to the config pages and they cannot, will help with the diagnostics no end:D
