Hey, so i live in Burnley. I see other people here complaining about their connections and so far ive only had a few minor problems.
Other than that im getting the full 10Mbit i should be getting and i can download files from my dedi box in france at about 1.2mbps.
The only problems ive had being the install because the guy didnt cut the freaken coaxial cable long enough so the internet went off after 5 minutes and didnt come back on without messing with it all. And the stupid, traffic management policy. Downloading 2.4GB during the day just isnt enough for most users.
I see people on here from surrounding cities complaining yet from burnley ive had no problems regarding ping and download speed.
Just thaught i would post a semi-positive comment on here since most seem to be negative.
