Just been offered an increase in my broadband speed, 10 meg to 20 meg for only an extra £1 a month, min 12 month contract. :dmonk:

Did they say, "an extra £1 for a month", or "per month"...might just be a 1 month discount and then go upto £35 at 2nd month...

It all depends on your current package that you on so it very well could be just £1 extra go for it mate you have a 7 day cooling off period anyways

Yup.

Careful though. If they're getting you onto one of the new deals, this is likely to increase in price as of 01/05/09 by at least another £1.

But there are some deals that are just that good! :)

The way I looked at it was that as they have upped the 2meg package, they needed to justify those of us who pay already for 10 meg, will report back if it is not as good as it seems :erm:

Any contracting offer added that doesn't include the installation of a new core product eg Telephone, Broadband, TV will only have 7 days cooling off.

you only get 28 days right to cancel when your a new customer taking the service for the first time or a existing customer taking a new service not when just upgrading
