Hi,
I logged in to upgrade from L to XL but the price shows £36, not the price i should get with my phone line. Do i have to phone up to do this?
Thanks
Ian

And they'll say nay you can't do it. Been there and asked and gone a long way up the pole to ask as well.
Selfcare will upgrade the broadband service but not put you onto a new bundle (and the best offer)
If you phone up you will get offered the best price for the upgrade

Thanks Ben, will i get to keep my discount too when i phone? I got a £4.50 discount when i joined.
Thanks
Depending on the discounts - you may keep it or you may get offered a better discount than the one you have

Well ive been told i keep my discount yet the total price would be £31, which is the standard price, so despite what they said on the phone iam losing my discount if i want to upgrade.
Ok, look at it this way
The offer you have gives you a £12.50 discount in total (£8 + £4.50) and was the BB M + Phone M for £15.50 for 12 months (or BB L and Phone for £22.50)
If you are on BB M and a Phoneline for £15.50 - to upgrade to BB XL without changing discounts costs £19 more taking the price to £34.50
If you are on BB L and a Phoneline for £22.50 - to upgrade to BB XL without changing discounts costs £12 more taking the price to £34.50
So although you are now going to be paying the 'standard' £31 a month - it is a better price and discount than you were on before, and will also not run out 12 months after your installation

I see, thanks for the explanation.
