Levels are fine, you are using an old modem though (Ambit 100 or 120)

I reckon that Downstream Power Level is a little high. Maybe an attenuator to bring it down a touch?

Yeah it's an Ambit 100, never gave me any problems so had no need to change it :)

The internet connection is a bit better now, still seems a bit laggy and also if someone is downloading then web browsing is impossible, pages always timeout.. up until a few days ago it was fine even if someone was downloading (just a bit slow) :(

Also my IP address changed for the first time in like 3 years, so maybe VM did something in my area. It's okay at the moment, noticed they are going to start upgrading 2Mbit customers to the 10Mbit plan soon so that'll be good :D
