That speed is very close to the Traffic Management speeds and if you have been downloading you may be in the zone and are being managed.

I think the internet has been up n down all day.

Right now my internet sucks more than a brighton ho, i mean 300+ ms on a gaming server, 500 + to bbc.

downlaod speedtest comes at less than 1 Meg. google takes approx 5 seconds to load.

Is there anyprobs with the network ATM ???
