If this is true then I think its time to join the BNP and stuff this country. Honestly though I can understand the frustration some white native brits must feel over this.I TBH feel sick and fed up with being treated like a second class citizen in the country I was born in and my relatives for a least a few hundred years. Thing is though I doubt muslims want any of this crap and its just looney liberal lefties who need the kicking

I'll pick better issues to fight over..like the 42 day rule and the suggestion that there be secret inquests and people being prosecuted with torture tainted evidence and the so called need to collect and store everyone's emails and phone records..oh yes there are issues to be fought over but this isn't one of them..
Of course if anyone's right to worship how and whom and where and when they please becomes an issue or even the right NOT to worship then yes that's the time to fight...

In your opinion Maggy mine differs from yours. I would like to live in a country that stands up for itself like I do. I would like to live in a country that made all those who immigrated to these shores live and abide by this countries rules and if they do not like it then go home. They afterall must have come here for a reason? I would like to live in a country that really is equal an not weighted in favour of the minority because people are scared of upsetting the poor muslim. Other countries in Europe dont stand for it why should we? I would rather be feared for being tough on terrorists and strong when it comes to immigration than live in this country that is getting weaker by the minute

Top shelf & pornography, picking up the bible whilst browsing readers wives, now there's a thought. Maybe when you stay in a hotel instead of opening the bedside drawer and seeing a Gideon bible you'll be looking on top of the wardrobe amongst all the dust n cobwebs.

My feelings have nothing to do with the press its to do with the reality of the situation. This guy Qatada in the news today is obviously a danger to this nation but why in gods name he is given the rights to due process costing the tax payer money is beyond me.
If I had any power he would be out of this country and out of our hair. This would apply to anyone who is preaching hatred of this nation. No messing feck off out mate and there gone but no we cant do that can we? all this over Guantanamo people worried about how they were treated I certainly do not care .
The single white male who can not get housed cuz bull plop asylum seekers who are in no real danger and those who are proven to have no rights are still housed for months before they end up getting deported. Anyone really in danger for their lives would be happy living in a shed but they want more and more and are given more and more. Bending our rules for the sake of the minority? no way.
Allowing Muslim females who choose to wear the Niqab in banks when I can not wear a helmet or hooded top . The list is endless. At the end of the day this is my country my family have history here most asian or arabic muslims have been here what 1 maybe 2 generations? but the laws are being bent for them all the time. I am not against these minorities as I have said its not them in the main after all these changes but its white british nationals some of which are christian that are the ones bending over backwards for changes. Its just wrong

A friend at their work place could not put Christmas decs up, as they had 2 muslims there, and the boss did not want to cause offence to them, the ladies in question said they did not mind at all though!

Not in the slightest I think this way and have done for a long time. I have voiced these opinions most likely since before he even joined
I have no problem with anybody of any religion or any colour but I do have a problem with how this country has changed its laws for the minorities. This does not happen in Arab nations does it? British people can not go there and expect them to change to accommodate us but we as a nation bend over backwards for them. That is the extent of my problem
Muslims have complained of finding the Koran on lower shelves, saying it should be put above commonplace things.
This is not a big deal. They have asked for a book to be put on a different shelf. That is all.
Does it really matter what shelf they are on?
As long as they are equally accessible then surely it is being able to get it and read it that is more important than how it looks on the shelf.

Not necessarily :)
Date of acquisition may be relevant. You'd be surprised how difficult it is to run a library. Each book has a code (usually printed on the spine). You can't change all the codes because someone earlier in the alphabet decided to write a book that happens to be on the same subject.

Muslims, based upon those I have met (only a few, admittedly, but from various nationalities) believe in live and let live. If you are nice to them, and treat them fairly, they will do the same to you. Obviously, if you take the mickey out of any aspect of their religion, and there will be trouble. This is actually no different to any religion (or belief system if you are an atheist). That's not to say all are like that. Simailarly some people in any religion (or atheist) are nice, some are not.
Of course, not all Muslims believe in live and let live, but as I understand it, different countries have different interpretations of the Koran, and some countries actually do see the West as something evil and that they will go to heaven and get 70 virgins if they kill an evil westerner.
